1. Who runs the website

The website and the game server calistrate-metin2 are run by the administrator of the calistrate-metin2 server. The administrator has not filled in their identification details yet; until then, write to them through the website (the contact links in the footer).. Contact: the contact links in the footer. The website is hosted by AutoSVF.ro (TELEKI MICHAEL-FRANCISC PFA, tax ID 42549765, Șeitin, Arad County, Romania), which is not a party to the contracts between the administrator and the players.

By using the website or the game you accept these terms, the server rules and the Privacy policy.

2. Your account

• You are at least 16 or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
• You are responsible for your password and for what is done from your account. Do not lend or sell your account.
• The server team may sanction or close accounts that break the server rules, these terms or the law.

3. Item Shop

• Coins, items, VIP and the other Item Shop products are virtual goods used only in the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged back for money and cannot be transferred outside the game.
• The seller is the server administrator. Prices are those shown when ordering.
• Payments (PayPal, card through Stripe or bank transfer) go straight to the administrator. Coins are delivered once the payment is confirmed.
• Right of withdrawal. When buying you ask for immediate delivery and confirm that, once the coins or products are delivered, you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)). If a paid order was not delivered, write to the team and you get the delivery or your money back.
• Disputing a payment that was already delivered may lead to the products being withdrawn and the account being suspended.

4. Conduct and content

Illegal content, insults and harassment, spam, scams, cheating programs and infringing the rights of others are forbidden. You can report illegal content to the team at the contact links in the footer or to the hosting provider, AutoSVF.ro, at contact@autosvf.ro (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065).

5. Availability

The server and the website may have interruptions, maintenance or gameplay changes. The administrator announces a permanent closure of the server in advance. These limits do not restrict your statutory consumer rights.

6. Governing law

The law of the administrator's country applies, without affecting your consumer protection in the country you live in. Metin2 is a trademark of its owners; this server is not affiliated with Gameforge or Webzen.
