1. Who processes the data

The controller of your data is the administrator of the calistrate-metin2 server. The administrator has not filled in their identification details yet; until then, write to them through the website (the contact links in the footer).. Contact: the contact links in the footer.

The website is hosted and run with the help of AutoSVF.ro (TELEKI MICHAEL-FRANCISC PFA, tax ID 42549765, Șeitin, Arad County, Romania), which processes the data only on the administrator's behalf, under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).

2. What data we process and why

  • Game account: account name, email and password (stored as a hash in the game server database), used to log in to the website and the game. Basis: contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Characters: name, level, class and guild appear publicly in the ranking.
  • Sessions on the website (while you are logged in).
  • Orders and payments: package, amount, payment method, payment ID and order status. Card or payment account details are processed by PayPal or Stripe, not by the website. Basis: contract and accounting obligations.
  • Item Shop: what you bought and when, to deliver your purchases.
  • Sanctions: reason, evidence and duration, if you are sanctioned. Basis: legitimate interest (enforcing the server rules).
  • Referrals and creator codes: who invited you and the rewards received.
  • Activity log: important account actions (logins, orders, changes) with the IP address, for security and to settle disputes. Basis: legitimate interest.
  • Visit statistics work without cookies and without storing your IP address.

3. How long we keep the data

  • account and characters: while the account exists in the game;
  • sessions: at most 14 days (the in-game session: 3 hours);
  • orders and payments: as long as accounting law requires;
  • activity log: 180 days;
  • forum and ticket messages: until you or the team delete them.

4. Who receives the data

  • AutoSVF.ro (TELEKI MICHAEL-FRANCISC PFA, tax ID 42549765, Șeitin, Arad County, Romania): hosting and running the website, in the European Union;
  • the game server provider chosen by the administrator, where the game database is stored;
  • PayPal or Stripe, when you pay: they are independent controllers of the data they collect;
  • YouTube (Google), only for embedded videos, through youtube-nocookie.com;
  • authorities, when the law requires it. We do not sell data.

Google and Cloudflare may also process data outside the EEA (for example in the USA), relying on the GDPR safeguards (the EU–US adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).

5. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to us at the contact links in the footer; we answer within one month. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country (in Romania: ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro).

6. Minors

If you are under 16, you need the consent of a parent or guardian to create an account and buy from the Item Shop.
